WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders received during business hours generally leave
our warehouse within two business days of ordering.
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed
within the next two business days.
UPS GROUND SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped to you via UPS Ground. Allow
7-14 days for delivery. Delivery time varies with location.
Please give us a complete street address since UPS cannot
deliver to Post Office boxes. Orders that have a PO
Box address will be shipped by US Mail. We do not expedite
orders to PO Box addresses.
SECOND DAY UPS OPTION
Second Day UPS delivery; please add $12.50 to the standard
shipping charges.
Orders for Second Day UPS delivery will be processed
on the same day they are received, Monday - Thursday,
and Friday morning. Orders received after 11 a.m. Pacific
Time on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
For Saturday UPS delivery, please contact
us for rates.
