After plucking, the leaves are lightly bruised and briefly oxidized to create a subtle, mild-tasting organic tea. Ours has a gentle earthiness and a delightfully aromatic character.

This tea is an example of the ancient Chinese art of scenting tea with aromatic flowers. Fresh magnolia blossoms are layered with light, flavorful oolong tea and then carefully removed after releasing their exquisite scent.
